Following the project proposal submitted by OCI on March 28, 2025, OCI was awarded to contract to complete a Focused Audit of Incentive Compensation Programs, focusing on eight New York utility companies:
- Avangrid
- ConEdison
- National Grid
- Central Hudson
- National Fuel
- Liberty Utilities
- ACP Crotona
- Veolia Water
Overland’s auditors will be conducting interviews and reviewing data related to the areas of incentive compensation, management compensation, and the results employee surveys.
The project is projected to be completed in May 2026.
